1. Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the care instructions cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted for items purchased during promotions or sales, unless otherwise specified.
2. Refunds
Since Pauline Pixels only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund process works as follows:
- Refunds are not issued through online payment methods as we do not process any online transactions.
- If you are eligible for a refund, we will arrange for the product to be returned, and upon inspection, a refund will be issued in cash directly to you, either through a delivery representative or a suitable alternative.
3. Process for Returns
If you wish to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, the product name, and reason for the return.
- Our team will confirm the eligibility of your return and provide you with the return instructions.
- Once the item is returned and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as appropriate.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened, used, or damaged products.
- Products without the original packaging or accessories.
- Items purchased through promotions or clearance sales (unless explicitly stated).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Please retain the original packaging for inspection.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that the return is made within the eligible time frame and in the appropriate condition.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error on our part.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same steps as the return process, and we will help arrange for the exchange.
